Return Policy
At KickX, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward return policy for unworn and unwashed items in their original condition:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and included with the return
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective
Note: Please ensure the shoes are in the same condition as when you received them. Worn shoes, or shoes showing signs of wear, will not be accepted for return.
Important
We have a zero-tolerance policy for returning replicas, counterfeit products, or worn shoes. Any attempt to return such items will result in the items being sent back to you at your expense, and possible account suspension.
How to Return
Returning your purchase is simple. Follow these steps:
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your KickX account, go to "My Orders," and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. Click on "Return Items" and follow the prompts.
Print Return Label
Once your return is approved, you'll receive a return shipping label via email. Print the label and securely attach it to your package.
Package Your Return
Place the item(s) in their original box and packaging, ensuring they are securely protected. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking information until your return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. This typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive the item.
Refund Information
Refunds are processed based on your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card, typically appearing within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
- PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refunded to the original account, typically appearing within 3-5 business days.
- Cryptocurrency: Refunded in the form of store credit at the current market value at the time of refund.
- Store Credit: Returned to your KickX account immediately.
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the defect, and we'll arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Shipping fees for returns of defective items will be refunded.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duty fees incurred during the return process. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns to ensure the package can be traced if necessary.
